The menu

Choose at least two cocktails for cocktail service: signature, custom, or a combination. Larger menus receive a preparation and service-flow review. Poured by P supplies all signature juices, syrups and garnishes and handles preparation and batching. Fresh ingredients and preparation adjust to your planned servings. Each menu choice after the first two adds $50 for preparation and coordination.

Alcohol is a retail planning range based on your menu and servings, not a charge paid to Poured by P. Final brands and shopping quantities are confirmed with your menu.

Your selected package also leaves some nonalcoholic supplies for you to provide. Their cost is additional; your PDF lists each responsibility.

What does my estimate include?

Your estimate reflects your selected service and enhancements. The Poured Experience includes two signature cocktails and their nonalcoholic ingredients, our mobile bar, service ice, drinkware, a menu and a bartending team. Poured Bar Service starts with bartending labor and professional tools.

Can Poured by P provide the alcohol?

No. You must purchase and bring all liquor, liqueurs, beer and wine. Poured by P provides bartending and the supplies included in your selected package. Your estimate and PDF show a separate alcohol purchase allowance and a combined service + alcohol budget. We confirm your final shopping list once your menu is finalized.

How is the bartending team selected?

We consider the actual menu, what guests will mostly order, expected volume, service hours, setup access and peak ordering pace. Preparing components ahead helps suitable cocktails move faster; drinks that need more finishing time carry more service work. Necessary support is included in the estimate. The final layout is confirmed before booking.

Does this reserve my event date?

No. Your date is reserved through the confirmed booking process, including the service agreement and booking payment. The calculator lets you explore your options first.
